Arhiva care contine 82 de clipuri de aproximativ 1-2 minute.In fiecare clip se demonstreaza 1-2 tehnici de BJJ(submmision grapling).Recomand tuturor practicantilor de arte martiale in special incepatorilor in lupta la sol,BJJ(submmision grapling).Daca in fiecare zi studiati un singur clip ar insemna ca dupa 82 de zile(2,7 luni)sa aveti o baza minima care este ,zic eu,obligatorie oricarui practicant de arte martiale care se respecta.

Ba eu nu le-as recomanda deloc incepatorilor. Oricat ar parea pentru multi (vad in ultimul timp) BJJ nu e o chestie pe care o invatam uitandu-ne la instructionale (mai ales ca incepatori). Ca asa am veni la sala, am da drumul la laptop si i-am lasat pe elevi 2 ore cu ochii in el. Exista evident tipi self-instructed in BJJ in toata lumea, dar nu asta e calea, iar eu in mare masura ma numar printre ei. Cei care o fac asa petrec ore intregi pe net punand intrebari pe forumuri, studiind meciuri din competitii etc.
BJJ-ul nu incepe cu "armbar from scissor sweep" sau "twister" (ca sa iau primul si ultimul exemplu), cum kickboxing-ul nu incepe cu "stanga-dreapta-low kick". Cum in kick inveti cum sa stai in garda, cum sa te deplasezi etc., asa si in BJJ inveti mai intai niste lucruri pe care cu greu le gasesti in instructionale (pentru un motiv simplu: nu prezinta interes pentru cei care ar da banii, ca ssta invata la orice sala cu instructor). La ce sa-ti foloseasca un twister (ca un amanunt, l-am facut acum vreo 2 ani intr-un sparring la Gracie Barra Ungaria si Max, instructorul lor, la vremea respectiva centura maro, iar de anul trecut centura neagra, m-a intrebat stupefiat cu un puternic accent brazilian: "Waz dat?"), ca incepator, cand pentru a ajunge acolo, trebuie sa stii sa mentii postura in garda inchisa (si vreau sa stiu pe ce instructional se preda asta), sa o deschizi, sa o depasesti, sa mentii controlul lateral, sa-i dai indeajuns de mult spatiu cat sa se intoarca spre tine, dar nu atat de mutl cat sa iasa, pentru ca in sfarsit sa faci prima miscare spre twister?
Nu e nici macar o iesire dintr-o pozitie dezavantajoasa (control lateral, control spate etc.)acolo, nici macar o aparare contra unei tehnici! BJJ-ul pentru inceptaori nu inseamna sa faci armbar din control deasupra, e cel mult cum sa duci lupta acolo si sa mentii pozitia. Finalizarile vin dupa acestea. Daca nu stii sa duci lupta acolo (din proiectare, din depasire de garda, din tranzitionare din control lateral etc.), nu o sa poti niciodata sa faci armbar-ul ala nenorocit. Si chiar daca ajungi acolo, insa ala face un banal "pod" si te rastoarna esti la multe secunde distanta de armbar-ul ala...
Am intalnit multi tipi BJJ self-instructed in Romania. Toti (fara nicio exceptie) aveau lacune tehnice mari. Georgica de la noi, e un exemplu f. bun. Avea si are atacuri excelente din garda inchisa, tehnici f. bune pe picioare etc., in general ce tine de ofensiva. In schimb, ca sa dau doar un exemplu, ataca si cand era dominat din control lateral. Acum stilul lui de a lupta e total diferit.
Toti avem lacune. Ideea e sa fim constienti ca exista, sa vrem sa le corectam si sa stim ce anume trebuie sa facem sa le corectam.
Asta spuneam acum ceva timp cu recomandarile instructionalelor. Putem oricand sa facem mai mult rau decat bine, cand recomandam un material fara sa avem habar cui ii este destinat, ce anume e predat in el, de ce sa recomandam armbar-ul predat de Abhaya, de Tinguinha, de Saulo sau mai stiu eu cine si cate alte lucruri.
Vorbesc din situatia unuia care am avut norocul atunci cand am inceput sa invat de unul singur, sa ajung in locuri unde altii au putut sa ma corecteze si sa ma sfatuiasca ce sa fac, sa am dorinta si timpul necesar sa petrec ore in sir pe forumuri, zilnic, cautand raspunsuri si punand intrebari la problemele pe care le intalneam in sala. Intr-un fel, faptul ca atunci cand m-am apucat de BJJ numarai pe degete tehnicile existente pe net, a fost un mare avantaj.
Asa ca, Nicu, tehnicile astea "sunt pur si simplu mura in gura". Dar conteaza de unde le culegi, cand le culegi si in gura cui ajung.

The story climaxes in an epic battle in the ring: a bloody, fierce fight that brings the entire country to its feet!
For five warriors from Las Vegas, it`s the trip of a lifetime....and the fight of their lives!
“Ring Girls” is a made-for-TV style film about five female Muay Thai fighters (Gina Carano, LaTasha Marzolla, Lisa King, Christine Toledo, and Ardra Hernandez) who are trained by Master Toddy, an expert in the discipline. He prepares them for their biggest test to date - travelling to Thailand to compete against the originators of the sport.
The film is based on a true story, with the fighters and Master Toddy all playing themselves. The fight scenes were filmed documentary-style, and are the actual fights that took place, although much of the build up to those matches is an acted interpretation of what really happened.
Christine Toledo summed it up as “Stories told, sad and happy; experiences good and bad; bonding and arguing among us girls and with Master Toddy; real training and real fighting, real BLOOD. Real stuff!” |

Nu vreau decat sa remarc un nou atac (absolut GRATUIT!) al user-ului nicu-capusneac. Sper ca moderatorii sa fie atenti la posturile acestuia, pentru ca de la revenirea acestuia pe fight.ro certurile majore l-au avut de fiecare data in centrul atentiei.

Nu am nici un instructional cu Saulo Ribeiro deci nu stiu. A lui Matt Serra il am si aveam pretenti mai mari de la el, cel putin cel despre side control nu imi place deloc.
Instructionalale mele preferete sunt cele a lui Damian Maia, ca el se bazeaza mult pe principi si pozitia corpului, tehnici care nu trebuie sa ai super abilitati fizice, spre deosebire Jacare mi se pare ca se bazeaza prea mult pe abilitatile fizice.
Dar cel mai mult imi place cum explica Bas Rutten, pacat ca are un still foarte ciudat, si nu stiu daca e cel mai bun. Dar el explica cel mai bine din toti, la o submisie dupa ce o arata, iti zice/arata si dc trebuie sa fie mana aia acolo, piciorul ala acolo. Si cum se si iese din acea submisie, daca te prinde de mana faci asta, daca a ajuns pana la jumatea tehnici faci asta, daca e aproape sa finalizeze faci asta.

Excelente optiuni. Saulo e de departe cel mai bun. Si nu am auzit pe-afara pe nimeni sa zica ceva de rau de instructionalele lui. E ceva mai avansat in unele tehnici, dar detailul, principiile etc. sunt de exceptie.
La fel si Matt, desi e no gi. Sunt baze foarte bine executate, cu atentie la detaliu.
